Skin Testing Update

We would like to make all our clients aware of our policy updates this January.

We now need all clients to pop in for a patch test 48 hours before their next colour appointment. This will only have to be done once every 6 months to ensure that there are no allergic reactions to the colour formula. A number of factors can cause an allergic reaction to occur including starting or a change of medication, stress and even feeling a bit run down. We want to make sure all our clients feel at safe and at ease when they have their colour appointment. A skin test only takes a minute so make sure you pop in to have one done before your next appointment.

We are happy to announce that Sarah gave birth to Carys Rose on Thursday morning! Both are doing very well and we cannot wait to meet the wee one!

Change to Booking Appointments

We are going to start to change the way we book appointments at SBH. If you need to book in for a double appointment, for example a cut and colour, we will be taking a 25% deposit in advance. This can be made payable over the phone or you can come into the salon up to 48 hours before your appointment to pay by cash or cheque. The 25% deposit will be deducted off your final bill on the day.

These changes will not come into effect until next month.

Training

Our training is back to normal and we will be looking for various models for our apprentices! Training usually takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Contact us via the website or call us on 01334 470801 to book your place!
